This is the Joomla! 1.5 version. If you are looking for the Joomla! 1.6/1.7/2.5 version of MambWeather, this has been renamed GlobeWeather and can be downloaded here.

Worldwide weather module for displaying actual weather readings of more than 7000 official weather stations. Originally by Vasco Nunes for Mambo 4.5 and Joomla! 1.0. Now ported to Joomla! 1.5.
No registration or subscription to any weather services needed, therefore truly free. Weather data are obtained from the US NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration). No weather forecasts.

Also available as a Premium and Business edition,  including two additional icon sets, AutoCalc automatic sunrise/sunset calculation, SmartMetar data retrieval technology and ample other configuration options.

Requirements: Joomla! 1.5.15 or later. PHP 5. Javascript enabled and updated.

Install via Joomla! backend. You will be up and running in minutes.

Please note: If you update from MambWeather v2.5.9 or earlier, you will lose  configuration options.  If you want to keep the extra options, you should not update or get the Premium edition (€ 5.50 only).

Updates for MambWeather, all editions

If below procedure does not apply to your install, you can manually check for updates here.

Below information applies to the following MambWeather editions:
- MambWeather Standard (Freeware) v2.5.0.2 and later;
- MambWeather Premium edition v2.6.0.2 and later;
- MambWeather Business edition v2.6.0.2 and later.

Keeping your MambWeather install up to date has been made really easy!
In the MambWeather module manager (backend), you will find a clickable link at the top of the module description. Via this link, you will get information about your current version, whether updates are available and how to update.

To update from MambWeather Premium v2.4.0.x please contact us. Please include the order number of your Premium package in your message.
