In MambWeather v2.3 and later, the metar time zones may contain minutes, so that all time zones can be configured. The local time offset vs UTC has also been brought in line with worldwide time zones.

Thanks for good luck wishes.
Your module works very good, but (jammer genoeg) metardata Leh Airport not.
So I googled all the internet and found other not so nice solution.

Leh Airport does transmit proper weather data (metar format), but these are apparently not updated regularly. When metar data are more than 6 hours old, the 'broken calendar' image is shown on top of the most recent weather icon.
In the way your MambWeather module has been set up now, the time shown in the details list is the time in the Netherlands time zone, so not Indian time.
Maybe still a good idea to add a "+30 minutes" option to the module. Thank you for your feedback and good luck!

Update: time zone configuration has been enhanced with MambWeather v2.3.

Hoi Rob,
Thanks for your offer.
No need for solution because the website is located in the Netherlands,
so I don't need different time zone. That was me, wrong thinking..
I did: Leh Airport,Amsterdam,New York and so Leh Airport is first.

Only Leh Airport is not regular in connection, but closest by Nyerma Nunnery, nearby Thiksey.

Don't know what is wrong about your thinking, but anyway... Yes, it is possible to configure MambWeather for a different time zone than your own and no, it is not possible to specify a 5h30min time zone. In fact I never realised that this is the case in India...
I could add an option to the parameters, like "add 30 mins to time zone (yes/no)". Would that solve your problem? If you wish, we can communicate details over email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), even in Dutch (my mother tongue). Final resolution will be posted here, so that other forum readers can benefit as well.
