Login One! Business Edition for Joomla 1.6, 1.7 and 2.5
For personal and business use. Support provided.
Current version 2.4.1, compatible up to Joomla! 2.5.28 (incl.)
For more information see here.

An authentication plug-in that prevents multiple log-ins by the same user credentials, for both frontend and backend. A useful tool for websites that share or exchange potentially sensitive information amongst their registered users.

User needs to either sign off the first session, or wait until the first session has expired.
Super Users can always have multiple log-ins.

New!As of version 2.3.3 you can also disable (block) a user account instead of just denying access.

With this business edition, specific user groups and user IDs can be allowed or denied multiple log-ins. You can also allow/deny multiple log-ins for any ID/IP combination. The maximum number of simultaneuous log-ins for allowed users can also be configured. You can also configure how to handle an attempted multiple login: display a warning message, redirect to an article, or redirect to a web page.
This edition is a 'must' for business websites, because it delivers more flexibility.
Install or upgrade via Joomla! backend.

Basic setup instructions are here. These are also in the documentation that comes with the download package.
Configuration overview: see here.

Supported languages: Front-end: configurable. Back-end: English.

Authentication and user plug-ins can be critical. The use of additional 3rd party (i.e. additional to a standard Joomla! install) authentication and user plug-ins may turn the Login One! software partly or totally ineffective, meaning that it will not - or only partly - perform the tasks for which it has been designed. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you always test the Freeware Edition before purchasing a commercial edition.
