Installed the plugin and monitor module on Joomla 3.51 and PHP 5.6.x. Enabled the plugin. Published the module to a hidden page requiring admin access to view.

I tried logging in several times with a bad user ID and password in the front end, and I did not experience any perceptible delay. Viewing the monitor stats, there was no data to display.
