A component is available which allows you to re-activate user accounts that have been disabled by the plug-in. You can get it here (screenshot).
The component is not a stand-alone extension. It can only be used in combination with this plug-in.

A plug-in that automatically converts, disables or removes user accounts that have existed for longer than the configured period or have reached the configured maximum number of log-ins. In other words: With a configured period of 1 year, all user accounts older than 1 year will be disabled or removed from the Joomla! database, irrespective of whether these users have been active or not.
The plug-in can also be configured to:
- disable/remove a user account upon log-in of the user;
- disable a user account that has reached a maximum number of log-ins;
- disable a user account at a configured date;
- convert user accounts to another user group after a set period or at a given date.

Whether user accounts are disabled first or removed immediately is configurable.
Two user account clusters can be configured independently.
User groups - other than Public Front-end - can be included.
Specified user IDs can be excluded from disabling or removal.
Admins and users can be prewarned by email notification about pending disable/remove.
The plug-in is ideally suited for Joomla! websites that render services to registered users during a limited subscription period.
