Terms and conditions for downloading Innato software updates
These terms and conditions apply to all Innato software revisions and updates that are offered for download on Innato's website(s), hereafter to be refered to as the SOFTWARE. The original install releases of the software to be updated is hereafter refered to as the ORIGINAL SOFTWARE.
You may download and use the software under the following conditions:
- You have acquired the original software from Innato BV and your copy of the orginal software has been validly licensed.
- The download of software updates may be subject to expiration and a download or subscription fee may apply. You will be notified beforehand if fees apply.
- By downloading the software, you give Innato BV permission to record the provided email address and your download details, for verification.
- You are bound by the license and support terms and conditions for the updated software, and by any other additional terms and conditions that may apply. The terms and conditions are included in the downloaded software package.
- You may not distribute the software to third parties by any means. This includes making the software available for download from any website or host.
- Innato software and the accompanying documentation are believed to be accurate and free from bugs or defects, but no warranty is given in this respect. Although the software has been developed and prepared carefully, no warranty is given that it will fulfil any specific requirement or that it will function in any particular manner. You, accordingly, accept the software 'as is'.
- If you disagree or cannot comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned above, you must immediately and completely destroy all copies of the downloaded software
