Move the mambweather css to the top of what? And why?

thanks for this nice module, i have a question please, how i can move mambweather css to the top, yslow suggest to move it :

There is 1 stylesheet found in the body of the document

/modules/mod_mambweather/mod_mambweather/css/mambweather.css
