Hi Rob,

No problem. It has certainly been more than a month since my last purchase of this plugin (the formal support period), so I did not see the cost as an inconvenience. The plugin is very worthwhile to me.

I had already tried the method you described, but it did not resolve the issue. The re-installation worked best.

Dear Allen,
The problem sounds like an artifact that I cannot explain at the moment. I could have emailed the latest plug-in package to you, but you decided to go for a quicker solution. I am happy that things are working allright now.
It sometimes helps to log into the front-end of your website with Super User credentials. This more or less re-calibrates the plug-in and is recommended after a plug-in update or Joomla! core update.

I've been using this product successfully for years, but suddenly I found that it no longer shows the alert to the user regarding the multiple login timer. I have not changed themes, and using a bad user/password combination properly results in Joomla login error alerts.

I would try to uninstall/reinstall, but I did not keep my last update packages for version 2.9.

Any ideas?
