Dear Federico,

For information about the update procedure for your software, please see the Manual which is included in the download OR you may see here: www.innato.nl/forum?view=topic&catid=10&id=307

The link that was sent to you after you purchased the software can NOT be used to update it.

Kind regards,

Hi,

I am on below Joomla version. I purchased Login One Business in January 2021. How do I know that a new update is available.

Joomla! 3.9.25 Stable [ Amani ] 02-March-2021 15:00 GMT

You website is saying that this extension is compatible with 3.9.25, however it looks to be missing or behind on Joomla version.

I logged in to innato.nl and tried to located my order "XYZ" and seems that I cannot download the sofware as the download link is broken.

Thank you for your help.
