TERMS OF SALE / END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THE SOFTWARE PURCHASE.

The license and support terms for the software that you are about to purchase are available through a link on the product details page(s) of the software.

Innato BV do not accept the return of nor offer refunds for electronically downloaded software. We will not provide refunds on a "this software is not what I need" basis. In case the product was supplied on disk or CDR, you may return it within 7 days after delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in an undamaged re-saleable condition with any seals or wrapping unbroken. A copy of our invoice must be enclosed. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. ==  Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
